Hi there! I’m Nacho Fuentes-Cantillana Monereo — architect, computational designer, and curious mind currently based between Barcelona and the jungles of Yucatán.

My practice explores the intersection of nature, architecture, and digital fabrication. From robotic toolpaths in stone and timber to parametric installations in academic workshops, I move fluidly between code and craft, intuition and algorithm.

Rooted in a love for geometry and material experimentation, I’ve worked across continents — collaborating with Roth Architecture in Tulum, teaching at IAAC in Barcelona, and leading parametric consultancies that bridge architecture with robotics and real-world fabrication.

I’m also an illustrator at heart. My downtime is often spent drawing — from dense foliage to stray cats — finding in each line the same joy I find in generative modeling.

"Whether I’m prototyping with mycelium or carving stone with robots, I tend to get obsessed with whatever I’m doing."

In short, my work weaves digital precision with organic logic — always aiming to create spaces, objects, and systems that feel both futuristic and deeply grounded.
